The first Monday of each month, Jen leads a live workshop (on Zoom) designed to get you thinking bigger, taking action, and making progress with your career pursuits. Recordings of the workshops are available until the end of each month.

Bring all of your career questions and challenges into these live Zoom sessions with Jen. Gather insights, get answers, brainstorm solutions, and get your career moving in the right direction. All Career Clinics are stored in a video library for viewing any time.

These workshops have been wildly popular at JWS for years, and now they are included in The Career Collective at no additional cost. 4 times a year, look back at the previous quarter. Identify what is working, what needs to change, and raise the bar in your career.

This space is devoted to holding yourself accountable by sharing your goals with the group on Monday, and then reporting your progress on Sunday. It is a super supportive environment that will make your to-do list so much easier to complete.

If you want extra accountability, opt into a pod. You’ll be partnered with two other members of The Career Collective. You’ll meet, talk through your goals and challenges, and stay connected as you work toward your aims. Pods change monthly.

These live sessions (on Zoom) are a great way to get sh*t done. The sessions are hosted by Jen and other members of the community. It is amazing how much work you can get done when. you are doing it alongside other people. Power Hours are offered at least twice each month.
